Lisa Riccardi - My hometown is in Upstate New York, but I have lived most of my life in South Florida which explains all of the water, fish, and palm trees in my paintings.  The extent of my formal art training was in high school.  I would have to say that my high school art teacher motivated me in a way that has fueled my passion for art all these years.  I still draw on the lessons he taught me and try to pass them on to my students.
